Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between TQTE Enterprises (“Company”, “we”, “our”) and the client (“you”).

By engaging our services (web/app development, AI solutions, digital marketing, consulting, etc.), you agree to be bound by these T&C.

If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

All services will be provided strictly as per the proposal or work agreement.

Any additional work or change requests beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse projects involving illegal, unethical, or harmful content.

3. Project Timelines & Responsibilities

Timelines depend on the nature and complexity of the project.

The client is responsible for providing required inputs (content, credentials, approvals) on time.

Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.

4. Pricing, Advance & Payment Terms

Advance Payment: Minimum 50% advance is required before project commencement.

Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments will be split into milestones as per the proposal.

Final Payment: Balance payment is due before project delivery or deployment.

Late Payments: Interest or penalties may apply for overdue payments.

Prices are subject to applicable taxes (if any).

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available only if the project has not started.

If work has started, only unused funds (after deducting work done) may be refunded at our discretion.

No refunds for completed projects or digital marketing campaigns already executed.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

Full ownership of deliverables (designs, code, content) will be transferred only after full payment.

Until then, all deliverables remain the property of TQTE Enterprises.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Revisions & Support

Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Post-delivery support will be provided as per the selected maintenance plan.

8. Confidentiality & Data Security

All client information and project data will remain confidential.

We implement industry-standard security practices to safeguard your data.

The client is responsible for keeping their credentials secure.

9. Third-Party Services

Costs of third-party tools (hosting, plugins, paid APIs, ad campaigns, etc.) are not included unless specified.

We are not liable for downtime, issues, or price changes caused by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, server failures, etc.).

We are not responsible for unauthorized use of deliverables after handover.

11. Termination of Services

We may terminate services if:

Payments are not made as per agreement.

Client engages in unethical or illegal activities.

Upon termination, work completed till date must be paid for.

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, they will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of [Your City/State, India].
