TQT Enterprises is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Payments are billed monthly or yearly depending on plan selection

Payments are non-refundable once content creation work has started

You may cancel your subscription anytime; services will continue until the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

Sharing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission

Spamming or deceptive marketing

Any activity that violates local laws or social media platform policies

Violation may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

TQT Enterprises retains the right to showcase your content as part of portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed

All delivered content is licensed to the client for intended use only

Reuse, resale, or redistribution without permission is prohibited

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. TQT Enterprises is not liable for any losses due to downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

TQT Enterprises shall not be liable for:

Loss of data due to user error or third-party platform changes

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service

Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by the client.
